Payment

We strive to provide the highest quality care possible. We will not accept any insurance policies. You will be provided a receipt of service to submit to insurance for reimbursement as out of network provider. Payment for each session is collected on the day of appointment or before. We accept cash, check, HSA, and credit card. 

Cancellation

We require 24-hour advance notice of an appointment cancellation. Without this notice, you will be charged the full amount of the appointment. Please note that insurance does not usually reimburse for this. We understand there are emergencies. We will review on case by case basis.
